Thought on Closed Caption would required in public bar and restaurants

New law would be required to have Closed Caption (CC) in public such as bars and restaurants. I think that would be great. It’s not only for deaf but also for in noise rooms where full of people are talk too loud. All bars and restaurants with TVs would be required to show closed captioning [...]
