			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I found interesting on the <a href="http://www.democracynow.org/">DemocracyNow</a> website which is news include the stream video. Yet, they do not have Closed Caption (CC). Yet, I see there is already a &#8220;Rush Transcript&#8221; under the video. That’s nice! However, I also notice the top over the transcript in the red box, it mentions to ask anyone <a href="http://www.democracynow.org/contribute/donate_money">who will donate</a>. Then Democracy Now would able to hire and bring the CC on video. Here the screenshot:</p>

If you&#8217;re into polite or love to read their opinion about Democracy, you should support them! They would surely bring CC on TV broadcast. I think it&#8217;s good that they&#8217;re plead for donation and offer something we need it.</p>
