I never knew that Moose (Famous dog that seen in Frasier show.) was gone few days ago (June 22) when I found from TV Squad the weblog. I adore that dog when he played in “My dog Skip” , at the end scene, that sure gave me a big tear and very touch movie. If you haven’t seen, and you’re dog lover, you better watch that movie, I recommend it.

Don’t you love spicy food? Almost every day in my life, I eat meal with spicy. My favorite spicy meal is fried Chile pepper with cornmeal cover and melted cheese inside. It comes from the first experience taste from my grandparents (my dad’s side). I knew how to cook that for couple time of year, because the Chile pepper isn’t much found or either bit expensive. And it takes lot of time to complete cook. Anyway, I thought about why spicy should be good for you. Thank to Slashfood the weblog that mention it.
Cancer-fighting and cancer-prevention - A recent study shows that capsaicin can be used to fight pancreatic cancer. It slowed the growth of cancer cells and in some cases, even caused cancer cells to die off.
Alleviate inflammation - Arthritis and psoriasis are cause by nerve damage and cause pain on joints. Capsaicin supposedly helps to ease that pain.
Relieve chronic pain - In some cases, spicy foods containing capsaicin greatly reduced pain caused by headaches or osteoporosis.
Heart-health - Cayenne and chili peppers can help to reduce cholesterol. Additionally statistics show that cultures that eat spicy foods (e.g. some Asian countries) frequently have a much lower rate of heart attack and stroke.

It is a real, not even a dream. I am at AmericaAirline Center for NBA Final. Wow, that’s all I can say when I went there for 1 game against Heat Miami. Realize it’s my first time to go professional’s champion game, the experience being in there is totally different. It’s far beyond than last time I went to Texas Stadium for my old high school football for state champion. Please see what I took picture and show this and this. Wooooooooooot!
