My husband rented it from redbox. I was so mad and could not believe is Disney movie did not at least have subtitles. So I went online and discovered that there are 2 versions of the dvd and BOTH are subtitled. I found it at the Block Buster movie site. One version has English subtitles and the other is in French and Spanish. So the conclusion from friends is that maybe redbox has an illegal priated version of the movie as we could not even acess the main menu. I had the exact same experience!
